Description of RTV2 silicone for resin ornaments molding

Condensation cure, tin cure liquid silicone, RTV 2 mold making silicones are generally named as two-part silicone rubbers which vulcanise, or cure, at room temperature. Part A is a dynamic liquid silicone/Part B is the curing agent (tin catalyst).

Main applications of RTV2 silicone for resin ornaments molding

Construction of moulds for gypsum, soap, candles, concrete, resin products, artificial (very lightweight) stone, wax or custom moulds;

Decorative building moulds (cornice, column, balustrade, ceiling roses, pedestals, fountains, mantels, wall ornament, planter etc;

Resin crafts, epoxy resin crafts, poly resin crafts, polyester resin.

After 12 months stockpiles use the Stir to mix the Part A silicone for some minutes, then the silicone can be use again, no influence for other performance.
