Exceptional fluidity and good operability, easy to demold.
Cures at room temperature within 3-4 hours (assuming constant temp of 25 degrees C).
Good tensile and tear strength, low shrinkage (<0.3%)
High duplication levels or longevity
Good resistance to weather, temperature, aging, acid.
Long shelf life (12 months at least) if kept at constant temperatures.
Storage of Mould Making Silicone RTV rubbers:
Mould Making Silicone RTV rubbers is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about 12 months from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
