Product Description
Condensation cure, tin cure liquid silicone, RTV 2 mold making silicones are generally named as two-part silicone rubbers which vulcanise, or cure, at room temperature. Part A is a dynamic liquid silicone/Part B is the curing agent (tin catalyst).
Main applications
Construction of moulds for gypsum, soap, candles, concrete, resin products, artificial (very lightweight) stone, wax or custom moulds;
Decorative building moulds (cornice, column, balustrade, ceilling roses, pedestals, fountains, mantels, wall ornament, planter etc;
Resin crafts, epoxy resin crafts, poly resin crafts, polyester resin
Advantages
Exceptional fluidity and good operability, easy to demold.
Cures at room temperature within 3-4 hours (assuming constant temp of 25 degrees C).
Good tensile and tear strength, low shrinkage (<0.3%)
High duplication levels or longevity
Good resistance to weather, temperature, aging, acid.
Long shelf life (12 months at least) if kept at constant temperatures.

Part A base silicone: 1kg/ Jar, 5kg /bucket, 20kg/drum, 25kg/drum or 200kg/drum
Part B CA30 Curing Agent: 800g/bottle, 1kg/bottle and 10kg/bottle
Storage
RTV 2 silicone for casting stone molds is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about 12 months from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
