Description of Tin Cure White Liquid RTV2 Silicone Rubber
Tin cure silicone rubber is a two-component material, consisting of Part A base silicone and Part B curing agent, cures at room temperature by a condensation reaction. These materials can be cast into the cured silicone mold: plaster, polyurethane, cement, resin crafts, wax etc.

How to make a silicone mold with RTV 2 silicone rubber by pouring way
1. Prepare a original model, which can be a physical object or a model made of other materials. Keep the original model clean and dry
2. Fix the original model and create a mold frame.
3. Brush or spray a layer of release agent onto original model for easy demolding.
4. Weigh the silicone and curing agent according to a certain proportion
5. Mix the silicone and curing agent thoroughly and evenly
6. Take the mixed silicone to vacuum chamber for degassing
7. Pour the silicone into the mold frame slowly
8. Wait for the silicone completely cured, and demold
Storage and Precautions of RTV 2 silicon rubber:
RTV 2 silicon rubber is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about 10 months from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
