Polyurethane rubbers are two-component systems (base plus curative; A+B) that cover a wide variety of applications at a relatively low cost. They are available for making molds that are poured, brushed or sprayed onto a model.

Applications of polyurethane rubber for making mold
Casting most materials, such as wax, gypsum plaster, concrete, specialty concrete, Acrylic resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane rubber, resin or foam. Acceptable for some resins. Not acceptable for molten metals.
Storage of polyurethane rubber for making mold
When the liquid polyurethane Rubber is stored at or below 30 C (85F) in the original unopened containers, polyurethane rubber Base and Curing agent have a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.

1. Packed with vacuumed thick PE bag inside, and iron barrel (tin) outside, packing in 20kg, 200kg.
2. The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain, it must be kept away from acids, alkalis, salts and other compound.
