Product Description:
MC-EP4057A/B is a two-component transparent epoxy resin compound that cures at room temperature. It has the following characteristics: low mixing viscosity, good de-aeration; long working time at room temperature, rapid curing at medium temperature; excellent mechanical properties after curing, low shrinkage ; The cured product has good light transmittance and other advantages.
Applications:
It is mainly used for forming river tabletops, countertop, coffee table and large transparent crafts.
Recommend pouring depth: around 4cm per time
Using Instruction:
1. Weighing: Weigh the materials A and B according to the weight ratio (2:1)
2. Mixing: Mix the weighed A and B materials and stir evenly.
3. Pouring: Pouring the mixed A and B materials into the objects to be poured, and curing at room temperature (complete curing in 24 hours).
Working time 25ºC: 120-180 minutes
Initial curing time 25ºC: 6-8 hours, Curing conditions 25ºC: 24 hours
