DESCRIPTION
RTV2 silicone rubber is a kind of two-component material, that is the mold making silicone rubber made up of Part A base silicone and Part B curing agent. The mixed Part A base silicone and Part B curing agent can cure at room temperature by a condensation reaction,then become a silicone rubber mold that can be used for objects reproduction.

How to use the silicone rubber to make a mold?
Step 1: Prepare and clean the master piece. Please make sure your original moulds clean and dry.
Step 2: Mixing part A and part B evenly. Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
Step 3: Vacuum degassing, this step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause a cross-linking reaction, and no further steps will be available.
Step 4: Pouring or brushing. After released the bubble, we can pour/brush the silicone rubber on the master piece

Part A base silicone: 5kg, 20kg/drum, 25kg/drum or 200kg/drum
Part B CA30 Curing Agent: 250g, 800g/bottle, 1kg/bottle
Storage and Precautions of silicone liquid rubber:
RTV-2 silicone rubber for making art crafts, which is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production.Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
